WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
SHIPPING:
You will be given a tracking number upon order within 2-4 business days. You may track your order at USPS.com; however, your order will be updated when USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from receiving your tracking number for your order to arrive. Priority packages take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once they leave. Calculated shipping is given at checkout. USPS automatically charges for priority mail once the item(s) weighs over 15.9oz. ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR HELD PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, so any issues encountered must be handled with them. You must contact them if your package is marked as delivered and you still need to get your package. If you provided the wrong address and the package is returned to us, you must pay for shipping again if you want us to re-send your package. We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may take 6-8 weeks to arrive/Due to the current pandemic; processing times may take longer. If you want your item in a faster manner, please use UPS or DHL. We understand that international shipping is expensive, so please ensure your address is correct, or you will have to pay for shipping once again for us to re-send your package. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, obligations, and taxes at the checkout and cannot predict your particular charges. If your order requires these additional charges, you must pay for your package to clear customs.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If you are not content with the size or item you ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that the shipping cost will not be refunded if you are issued a refund. You have 30 days to return items for a refund or exchange; however, if the items are sent back worn out, washed, or smell of laundry detergent, cologne, or any scent that allows us to think it has been worn—the item(s) will be sent back to you. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTIONS
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER; CAN I CANCEL IT?
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. You must wait for your order and email us to start your return process. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTION.
We would only offer a return label for a refund(s) or exchange(s) if the mistake were ours. You must pay for return shipping.
